Surgical Flow is a Service Design project conducted for Rede D'Or São Luiz, Brazilian's leading hospital and healthcare network The process aimed to understand, rethink and find new opportunities to improve the complex surgical process with all the actors taken into consideration: hospitals, surgeons and patients.
